how do i pre-order that?? its not on the website. and i called an apple rep, and he told me only people who arent eligible for an upgrade can purchase the no commitment iphone 4, is this true??

Not sure yet. I'm passing on this as apparently it is stilled locked to at&t. I'll be looking for an unlocked model.
