Now, I know I have 2 days to see whats up, but the roundup on the page had ZERO discounts for the rMB (unless I missed one, scrolled through a bit fast).

I am leaning more towards the rMB vs the new 2016 rMBP with touch bar. The 2016 rMBP non-touch makes no sense as if I were to go with the rMBP I would want the touch bar. The touch seems like something I won't use a lot so I feel for my uses the rMB would be a better buy.

If I am wrong, any word on the rMB?

Check the refurnished store, I've seen up to 17% Macs making the core m7 upgrade pretty much free which is greatly appreciated over the m3.
