No dictionary when 3 fingers tap to Look up.

when I 3 fingers tap a word to look up, the pop up shows siri knowledge, app store, movie, etc, but no dictionary. what am I missing? how can I have dictionary there?
 
You might just have not activated any dictionary. Open the Dictionary app, go to the Preferences, and make sure that any dictionary is checked.
