When I go to System Preferences I can't see the "Dock and Menu Bar" icon, only "Dock" and no Control Center icon on menu bar. Where can I find them ?

No "Dock and Menu Bar" icon in System Preferences.

Catalina doesn't have "Dock and Menu bar", only "Dock". Big Sur has "Dock and Menu bar"
