No Dreamweaver on duo core?

I was going to help a friend learn dreamweaver this weekend, but an Adobe/Macromedia employee told him dreamweaver 8 doesn't run on mac intel duo core processors. Will his macbook pro run older versions of dreamweaver? Thanks.

I haven't tried this, but it should run DreamWeaver through Rosetta.

I have a duo core iMac, and it runs dreamweaver on it just fine.

99.99999% of all OSX Applications will run under Rosetta. The minor percentage that won't were not native to OSX. Adobe/Macromedia software will run, without question. Anyone saying otherwise is ignorant, or is trying to say there may be some performance issues.
