No driver when using speakers, headphones work fine.

I just reinstalled 10.6.2 yesterday (my previous installation was getting a bit slow). The audio worked fine until this morning. The speakers stopped working when it woke from sleep. Under the Audio preferences, it says "Digital Out" and you can't control the volume. When I plug in headphones, it says "Headphones", and the volume controls work fine.

Never mind, now it's working. It may have just been cold. (left in -17ºF for about a half hour)... the battery wasn't working either, I had to warm it up with my hands.
