UK customers have already acknowledged that there is no eBay app currently available in the iTunes Store so I started this thread for the latest news on this.

What we know so far:

The eBay app is featured on the UK Apple website:
http://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/appstore/

And the Spanish Apple website:
http://www.apple.com/es/iphone/appstore/

and many other countries.

which suggests they are going to add one - or surely this would be a breach of the sale of goods act for iPod Touch customers who are paying for the upgrade and might consider this a reason to upgrade??

Links to download the eBay App from the web display the message that the App is not available in the iTunes Store in our location.

Both eBay and Apple are at fault for not publishing any reasonable explanation for this.

Please post links to official news here - if you find it and lets hope the eBay App is on its way to UK, Europe and other International customers that have so far been left out...

would be great to see ebay on uk itunes. current alternative is Garage Buy i just found on appstore, not bad eh?
