I have a 3G running iOS 4.1 on O2
For this past week, I no longer seem to get an EDGE (E) reception at home where I have always seen EDGE, only the lower speed (denoted by circle). Whne 3G is on and available where I am, 3G works fine.
So, I decided to reset network settings. That made no difference. However, now my wi-fi said No wi-fi. That was rectified by hard reset off.
I have not done anything recently that I do not usually do (no upgrade to new iOS4 that was when it came out), I have updated apps.
I appreciate that this could be any number of reasons (something changed at locl antenna for example), but was wondering if anybody else had experienced this and how it was fixed.
