No email in to Mail with SKY

I used to love mac mail and any sent via my old isp BT account came to my in box on 'Mail'. Since I changed ISP to Sky and they've now got their own new portal i don't get any emails to 'Mail' and I have to retrieve them on their kacky site. Can I do any thing to re-vert so that email sent to my Sky address come in to Mail.

Realise I said mail about 50 times so sorry.

I'm assuming that you haven't set up mail to add the Sky account which is what you need to do. I had a look at the Sky site and found this page which has the settings you need for Mail. Note that you need to go into Sky's portal and enable POP mail as well.
