No entry sign after picking up the latest update?

So I updated my air last night and when it rebooted I got the no entry sign and I don't think it was going anywhere after that.

Has anybody else had this experience with the latest update?

At this rate I will never get off of the base 10.7 GM release. Each update creates more problems then the previous.

Whats going on at Apple.
