I just noticed that there isn't a Facetime app on my iPhone 4S. Why's that?
 
Just go to your contacts list and select a name and then hit 'Facetime' button. There is no app for it as it is built into the OS.
 
There's an app for iPad in ios5. Can't speak on the touch, but I'm assuming it's their as well
