No Feedback No Phone Calls

Everything on phone/watch is set up with Haptic/Taptic whatever feedback.

I'm getting no buzzes. Even on high setting.

Phone calls aren't coming in on phone. Scheduling a genius. Something wrong with my unit. Anyone else not receiving phone calls?
