I have a Macbook pro 15" and I inserted a cd with a folder of Pictures and open it on my mac, the folder is emty and the bottom of the folder say (0 items, Zero Kb available

When I try it on my Pc it works fine, I open the folder and theres all the photos. I even tried it with other folders with different files in them and there emty when trying to open in my Macbook.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I fix this?

How exactly was the CD burnt? Was it finalized? This happens when you use Windows software that makes an unfinalized CD (typically software that tries to make a CD behave like a hard disk by letting you drag and drop files one at a time, delete and modify files on the CD, etc). If you finalize it, I think you can still burn new sessions onto it, but it should also be readable on non-Windows PCs.

But I also have this problem when I use my external hard drive Some folders are emty when theres really something in them
