No file transfer in iTunes with OS 4.0 Beta 4

Hey

I have just installed OS 4.0 Beta 4 on my iPhone 3G S. Everything is great except that in the 'apps' tab in iTunes I don't get the file transfer options.

They were there on my mac mini when I was on OS 4.0 Beta 3.

Anyone know how to get it sorted?

I also have the lasted SDK installed.
