No Full HD Video on Youtube.

I am wondering if there is any way to watch full HD Youtube videos on iPhone 5. The online videos are never very sharp. Am I the only one who has noticed this. If anyone could tell me if there are any Full HD counterparts to Youtube, I would be very happy.
NOTE: Yes, I have checked to make sure it is in HD mode.
