No Full Screen (Adobe Flash???) Video on Second Monitor

I'm having some trouble with full-screen videos in Google Chrome. They open up fine on my laptop, but only a quarter screen of the video shows up if I try to do it on my second monitor. Seems like only Flash videos; sites like YouTube work fine. Anyone else having this issue?
