Does anyone else get no haptic feedback when they activate Siri on their iPhone 6s. I get it on all other iPhone versions (tested the 5s and the 6) but not on the latest model. The fact that I do get haptic feedback on the 6s when activating Siri in the Camera app makes me think this is a bug, but I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed after so many iterations of iOS 9.

Personally, I find the lack of feedback unintuitive as I don't know when to start speaking and it just feels strange and not quite right.

Thoughts?

There is no haptic feedback on the 6S or 6S+ when activating Siri from the home screen. You can start talking right after you press the home button and see the screen change. There is no waiting.

Works good for me.

Why is there no haptic feedback on the 6s (except when not he camera app) but there is on every other iPhone? Seems messy to me. Haptic feedback IS helpful to some.

I do not know but Apple made the choice for us. It really is not a problem for me. I use "always on Siri" most of the time and just leave my phone in the holster and say Hey Siri, set a timer for 90 minutes. There is no waiting for haptic or even a beep, you add what ever you want to do to the "Hey Siri" with out pausing and it works good. Either way I do not see a need for the haptic feedback when talking to Siri.

There is no need for feedback on 6s, because Siri is always listening, even with hey Siri off. Try it...Start giving Siri a command right before you press the button, and Siri will still get all of it, even though you spoke a word or two before activating Siri.

Don't try to compare the 6s with other iPhones, it has a different processor, that allows Siri to work differently.
