No idea what's happend to iphone 5s screen?

Turned it on this morning was all fine, picked it back up a few minuets later and the bottom left of the screen seems to be a a lot brighter then the rest of the phone, changed brightness ect and nothing is helping. Its not water damaged, been dropped or anything like that. It's all working perfectly.

I took this photo of it to see if its any use.

Is that it? Just go to an apple store, and explain the issue, looks like a hardware problem. Try a restore, but I doubt that would work.
