No iLife '08?

I got a refurbished MacBook Pro about a month or so ago, and it didn't come with iLife '08. This would appear to be a sort of mistake, because iLife 08 came out in August. Should I contact Apple about this?

If that particular model was originally installed with the previous version, then that's all Apple will include. It is, however, definitely worth checking into.
