Not available in the US either. If I remember right, it wasn't available for the iPad 2 until a week or so after launch either.

The U.S. Apple site says "Buy it online and pick it up at your favorite Apple Retail Store on March 16." The Canadian Apple site just says "Buy it at your favourite Apple Retail Store on March 16." So I'm assuming it's not available for pre-order for in-store pickup in Canada.

Just called Apple and my nearest Apple Store. Yep, no pre-order in-store pick-up...just delivery here in the Great White North. Oh well, I planned of lining up on the 16th anyway.
