iPhone 15 Pro Max No incoming calls coming through on standby mode

I have the 15 pro max on the latest software. I have always on display turned off. I just purchased a
New MagSafe charging stand to connect my phone to at night. Two nights in a row I have received phone calls, voicemails, etc. and never knew until I took the phone off the stand? Does standby automatically silence notifications? How can I get incoming calls and messages while in stand by mode?

Have you check:
1) Is sleep mode engaged?
2) Is the phone set to silent mode?
3) Is Do not Disturb turned on (DND)?
4) Have you checked focus?
