"no internet" message on MacBook

Hi everyone, every time I wake up my MacBook Air it gives me the message as per the image attached here. The MacBook IS connected to the internet and it gives the message in different location (using different rooters). Any idea???

That message looks like it's coming from a specific application. Do you know which application that is? Is it possible that the application is checking for Internet access before the Macbook has had a chance to negotiate the signal with the router?
