No Internet with 3G or EDGE with 3.1 Beta

Hey all!

Since I've upgraded to 3.1 beta on my iPhone 3G, I haven't been able to surf Safari at all under 3G or EDGE. However, using Wifi is perfectly fine.
I've shut the phone on and off, etc. Anything that has to deal with using the internet under 3G or EDGE will not work.

Has anyone had this issue with 3.1 beta? Are there any fixes for it?
