Hi community

I am testing the first release of iPadOS26 on my iPad Pro 3rd Gen (M1). I am trying to get my OS pushing the beta 2 release but no luck.

Is there some territorial restriction out (I am based in the EU) that prevents me from getting it? Couldnt find any other clue on why I am not getting it offered.

Yes, registered but non-paying.
Dev registration has been free for some years, youre just as official as genuine developers, that was a conscious but underhand decision by Apple to get more public involved. To make software idiot-proof you need idiots like us to play with it.
Try turning beta updates off and on, restart, remove VPN, generally caress it til ipadOS 2 appears.
Actually wait 24 hours you may get beta 3.

It is not 26.2, it's 26.0 beta 2. The build number for the second build is 23A5276f so if that's what your iPad is running you have the most recent beta.

Beta 3 (build 23A5287g) dropped today.

It's a bug... It happened to me when beta 2 arrived, and it only showed me a server error.
I rebooted, reset, and tried to flash the IPSW from the Mac (it can't because it requires Tahoe)...
Resume, I had to:
1- Back to18.5.1 through the Mac and the IPSW, without restoring the backup.
2- Update to 26 beta 2 from the iPad.
3- Restore iPadOS and restore the backup.
I was hoping this wouldn't happen with beta 3, but yeah, I have to do it again...
