I was having problems syncing photos to my phone last so gave up and went to bed with the idea of installing the new iTunes update in the morning and try again.
After updating to the latest version of iTunes this morning my phone just doesn't connect. I uninstalled and reinstalled and also used two cables but still nothing. I ran some tests and got the result below in the pic.
I had to leave for work so have not clicked in help yet, any suggestions that I could get my head round before I get home and try to fix things?
PC is running Windows 8.1
