No iTunes Store App in iOS7

Just upgraded my iPhone 5 to iOS7.02 from iOS6 and now there is no iTunes Store App, also there is no link in Music either - should have been top left hand corner??

Have I gone barmy or do I need to restore the phone and will that work with an iOS6 based backup file?

Should be there somewhere. I have it on my 5s and it's not able to be deleted from the phone if I try the tap-and-hold to move/delete apps.
