No iTunes Visualizer working on new iMac

2012 iMac 27" i7 Core 32 GB RAM, MX 680, 3TB Fusion and ITunes 11.0.1

'Show Visualizer' is greyed out, none of the list of visuals works. 'Options' is greyed out too.

Is it to do with 64 bit configuration?
