No logitech device found for MX performance mouse under Hi Sierra

Any one with the similar issue that the logitech mouse (my one MX performance) always gets disconnected from the logitech control center which configures the mouse buttons when I restart the OS or switch from Mac to win 10 by bootcamp? I have to remove the unifying receiver and plug again so that it can find my device again.

I have manually allowed "Go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy and down toward the bottom you will have to allow apps downloaded from Logitech"
