Hello to anyone,
I've had a major disappointing issue come up. I use my powerbook constantly to connect to my wireless network at school and to other computer's public folders. But it seems that ever since 10.2.6 i haven't been able to do either of them.

I can select 'Create a Network' and then my computer is selectable on my friend's ibook, but nothing happens after he selects my computer to log into. There used to be a little drive icon with my computer name that would pop up on his desktop. Now there is nothing and we're clueless.

As far as connecting to a wireless network, nothing shows up on my aiport list of local networks. Can anyone help me with this?? I've tried just about every combination of connectivitiy in System Preferences.

Thank you in a mighty way for any help you can give me.
