No Longer Can Render??

I'm running Windows XP with Parallels 9. I have a windows based program that doesn't have a Mac version. All of a sudden, I can no longer render movies created with this program. It has worked great in the past, but suddenly quit. I can play all videos, but cannot render them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program - no change.

Is this an indication my video card has gone bad??? I don't have a clue what to do?
