No low power warning

Hi,
So i just got a brand new retina Macbook pro last week, and i don't seem to get a warning saying my battery is going to die.

When i was typing this i got my first warning, and that was when the battery was at 3%.

Is there anyway to change when it will tell me there is a low battery?

The warning only pops up when only 5 minutes of usage is remaining. It's not based on battery percentage.
