No luck in San Diego, CA :(

I tried 3 different AT&T stores and 2 different Apple stores, none of which had the Silver iPhone. Shouldn't Apple have planned their inventory a little better? They should already know that people are going to buy the crap out of their phones on launch day regardless of which one they put out. Very disappointed. Guess I'll have to order online

Did you try the one in fashion valley? I didn't see anyone at the mall when I was on my way to the transit center around 8 am.

*edit* according to the san-diego meet up thread, there were 100+ people in line at 5 am... OOPS.

Haha I just got back from the fashion valley store. Yep there were about 100 people. The store employees were handing out reservation tickets but they only had space grey available, no silver. I asked if they knew about other stores and they confirmed that every other apple store had the same stock.
