no "Macintosh HD" on Leopard desktop!?

you guys notice this? On the Leopard tour video, the macintosh HD icon isn't here. Meh? How can that not be there?

yeah, i read that on tuaw and then looked at the video again....it's not there!!

Click on the desktop, then Finder in the menubar, then Preferences, then untick 'Hard Disks'

I don't have it showing on Tiger...

I love how the desktop looks with absolutely no icons. Stacks really helps that too, because everything I download goes right to the desktop.

in the video, they took off icons to make it look nicer. you can turn it on/off just like in tiger.

Finder>Preferences>General>'Show these items on the Desktop'
