The buyer's guide is the best feature of macrumors, and the official Apple site is particularly uninformative about the AppleTV's specs. And yet, no entry for the AppleTV in the buyer's guide. So how about a little info from the best Mac site on the web! (As I always say: a little butt-kissing never hurts)
