No mms in a text with 3.0

So I upgraded to 3.0. Cut and paste works but no mms. When I try to paste in the text I just get an empty bubble. Do I need to call? I have a data plan and unlimited text. Any clues guys?

If you're in the US, AT&T does not support it and will not until later this summer.
