No MMS option on my iPhone 4!

There is no camera icon when I'm in the messages apps! "MMS" isn't even one of the options when I select a picture in my library! Is this happening to anybody else? There's no option for MMS under Messages settings either.

Additional note: It worked fine before I restored from backup. I would set it up as a new phone, but I don't want to lose all of my app data!

Restoring in iTunes and setting up as new phone solved this exact problem for me after every other suggestion failed.

I said in the original post that there's no MMS option in Settings either.

Everybody should go to this thread. The people there are working on some solutions. If we get a solution, it'll be there.
