No mobile coverage draining battery

Hi,

I got an iPad Air running 9.2. I just looked into battery usage and saw that no mobile coverage is the top battery user. Even though I got no sim card and cellular data is turned off.

Anybody got ideas why is it draining the battery like that and how to fix this?
