No monthly contract 3G express card?

Does this exist? Want something like the iPads no commitment service. I also don't want to pay an insane monthly fee or high price for the actual card.

Well if you buy an data card off contract it will be expensive, but won't have a contract; if you want it cheap, you'll need to sign a contract. You can't have have it both ways; doesn't make sense.
