No more "Pages" free

I got a MacBook Pro 13" Retina Late 2013.
I ALWAYS got Pages FREE, from AppStore.

Today I erased all my SSD, installed El Capitan clean, went to App Store, searched for Pages, it has 19,99€!

Why???

Does it not show up under the Purchased tab in the App Store for you?

No, under Purchased there is only OSX Yosemite.

It's very strange, because when I did the same thing with Yosemite (erased ssd and installed Yosemite clean), I just searched Pages on AppStore and installed for free.

Have you ever clicked that price tag? Sometimes price tag just shows prices, but you still can get it for free.
