I tested this by opening a couple websites. I then went and opened iPhoto and some other applications and then played around with other stuff. After I played around with iPhoto for five minutes I then went to back I went back to my Safari and the pages didn't reload. By the way I just wrote this post with dictation is so amazing
 
Try browsing TMZ. Some crazy Kony guy got arrested. And it kills safari with low memory issues.
