Sorry, they really ticked me off. I ordered a new retina 13" doc from them a week ago, paid their premium for the 2 day delivery ($37), and still no doc. I have a "shipped" notice with a link to site that says "A mailing label has been created."
So, I send a nice note to Henge, no phone number available, asking for a refund on the shipping. Their response, "You will have to take that up with the post office or our fulfillment provide."
