When I updated my 3GS to iOS6, my movies got deleted in ~user > Music > iTunes > iTunes Media > Movies.

Even though I've copied them back to that location, they aren't showing up on my iPhone after subsequent syncs.

Anybody else having this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a new "feature" of iOS6?

Are they showing in iTunes? If not add them back with iTunes.
If they are showing in iTunes, do you have sync movies ticked?

They are showing up in iTunes. And they play in iTunes.

But that's a good point about the sync movies checkbox. I had it checked in iOS5. Maybe my upgrade to iOS6 inadvertently unchecked it.

I'll see when I get home and let you know.

Hah! That was it. For some reason my "sync movies" checkbox became unchecked after the iOS6 upgrade.

In addition, I've had to enter my phone number in Settings at least twice now.

There have been a handful of odd things going on with my phone since the upgrayd.
