Hey guys! I just bought an iPhone 4 for my mom from the ATT store, it is the 8GB model for $100 bucks preinstalled with iOS5. Anyway i was trying to setup visual voicemail for her but when I hit the voicemail tab from the Phone App it just dials voicemail and has no visual voicemail like my iPhone 4...any tips?

Dail in, it'll ask visually on the screen for a password. Put the password in. Then hang up the call, and wait a few minutes. It'll start working.
