No Mouse or Keyboard

I have a 2011 MBP 15'' with two hard drives. I took the one that's currently in my optical bay, put it into another mac that has an optical bay and installed Windows 7 Ultimate on it (formatted as NTSF). I then put it back into this MBP. However, when I boot into it using rEFIt, I cannot use my mouse or keyboard and I am just stuck at the login screen. Does anyone have any ideas?
