MS is definitely doing something wrong.

They have people buying MP3s from MSN for two years now and MS's new MP3 player won't play them. Good move.

yeah, they bult music store after itunes set up. but it's already big mistake, lack of strategy, and shut down itself. now, original site changed to zune.net. MS also purchased Zune.com recently from someoneeek: ). what a pathetic. they named device Zune. but somebody has already owned it.
