iPod no music videos in soruce list?

how come theres not a source list item for music videos? I cant even view the music videos inside my ipod. (at least there not to be found)

I was under the impression that they were listed under the Movies section. Are they not there either?

under the default install of itunes, on the left there is a smart playlist which contains all of the music videos. currently, theres no other way to distinguish them from music and movies.
