No Network Connections in XP/Parallels

After installing Parallels, I have no Network Connections in Windows XP - I have the driver for the Parallels Network Adapter installed, but just nothing in the network connections. I believe I should have "Local Area Network" there.

I've tried re-installing Parallels as well as re-installing Parallels Tools. Any ideas?
