No new keyboard in landscape iPhone 6+ with 8.3

New keyboard with additional keys for 6+ in landscape (as shown in MacRumors article re: iOS 8.3) didn't happen with update. Tried hard reset. Nothing. Anybody else?

Post a screenshot. It's there for me. The Bold button has just added the ability to also italicize and underline. Still in the same spot. Just different look.
