No new searches in Spotlight

Anyone know how I can get the new functionality in Spotlight (stock prices, weather etc)? If I type in "Weather in …" I get nothing (just searches my HD), same for all the other supposed new functions. Location France. Thanks

Open System Preferences and in the Spotlight page make sure you have Spotlight Suggestions turned on. If that is unchecked the weather query will not work.
