How does one run so the notifications don't show up during the run? I run using the Workoutdoors app, and anytime there is notification, it covers the screen up and obscures the running stats. I have turned on the notifications privacy so that the red dot appears and not the notification.

But I want to switch back to regular notifications after the run, how does one do that?

Not being a smartass but there is a forum going for Workutdoors. It might be in the Watch Apps section. I only mention it because that app developer is very active in that feed. I've even participated. Thinking you may have better response posting there.

Good day

You could always enable "Workout Do Not Disturb" in Settings > General > Do Not Disturb
